There is no infrastructure in the area, no roads, no port, no rail, no housing, no medical facilities, no financial structures, no legal certainty, no access to capital, no political certainty, no available labour - skilled or unskilled and no account taken of the appalling prevailing weather conditions..
China is either bluffing on this hopeless endeavour or shockingly naive... in either case it matters not to us as FMG holders.
