Hmm can't comment on supply and demand as not privy to either in global market but I can say we can't blame reserve bank for increase in interest rate, as too much free money not good for economy and the way housing bubble going on in Sydney, Melbourne... I am happy that rates going up and hopefully property prices goes down to affordable level for next generation to be able to afford it.
For FMG, IO prices will make difference as they now need to allow for 10% FFI investment plus inflation...IMO.
