yes more information is needed on that before we can count on it and the market and instos wont believe it until they see the 1st qtr of such production
at end of the day i still dont believe this is 100% structural change, it doesnt make sense to keep feeding high grade stuff and lower grade will yield same result at lower cost. not all have to do it, but some will and the gap will close
