My dear Piggy... why 2018 pricing ???... with your penchant for historical revisionism might it not be better to consider how low IO prices were in the 70's, the 30's or even the 1890's. We're surely about to crash below those levels if you are to be taken seriously.
Statistics chosen selectively can lie and your selectivity defeats your argument - a look at the chart below shows IO doing quite well in the modern era, especially if one takes an overview and avoids cherry-picking data to bolster a desperate argument....
