    At $80, FMG is expected to have a dividend of about US$0.34 which is currently AU55c or 3.3% plus franking.

    But that's nothing to be scared of, its normal for resource stocks to pay a yield around this and it's the very reason FMG has traded as such a high yield and low PE because the market knows its abnormal. Look at RIO's long term dividend history, its more normal to be in the 2-6% range than above:
