Its not all about demand, but also supply... there hasn't been any investment in significant new supply. So yes there are demand issues, but both sides of the coin needs to be considered.
FMG is as good as a pig in mud at $85/t, but needs about $65/t to breakeven in the long run (to replace existing mines etc).
