Well that is something reasonable ask as I remember recently ASIC took a social media person to court who accepted that he had 10 - 25 profiles and he used that to talk up or down the stock so it is happening but banning IP not going to work in my opinion.
all you need is verified account so basically you give your Australian drivers licence/passport to verify yourself HotCopper comes to your home and verify your existence and register your picture to nearest police station then I am sure 99% PLS /FMG or other mining stock thread will be empty...lol... Then you also probably going to stop posting as it is too much personal information required to be able to talk bull craps...IMo
