For spot itself I don't specifically have one - the links JPGuru previously posted to seaborne prices were probably the best, but you just don't have any insight as to how reliable or how delayed the data is.
From my perspective I don't really care, futures data is what the market is going to react to in real-time and that's the yard stick I am after. Fortunately and bizarrely (considering how hard IO data is to come by) access to that data is free and real-time!
