I do the same with my stocks. When FMG goes up I buy other shares on margin. You can get 4 times leverage on blue chip shares- not far off real Estate, especially for self employed people such as myself (banks won’t lend 80 or 90% of a property to me- I had to pay a 50% deposit for my house and was able to do it thanks to FMG!)
