Anyone taking a view on what impact FFI will have on the medium term dividend posn?
One view is that assuming FMG don't lever up to pay for FFI, the divs should drop a bit as the funding for FFI will continue to be material. My guess is to cover the dividend the debt does lever up a bit (assuming the Iron Ore price holds up) until FFI lands a profitable business and then the ball game changes.
