Actually they are not correct... It may well suit certain individuals' agendas to try and minimize the price FMG receives for its product but all this simplistic nonsense about 58% V 62% IO is just so much rubbish.
In fact FMG's 58% IO product is priced at a premium to the standard 58% realized figures - this due to the particular purity of the FMG product.
Quoting the 58% standard rate for FMG is therefore misleading and makes about as much sense as the continual nonsense from Piggy about needing to consider IO prices from the 19th century, the 30's and the 70's, when forecasting future prices...
