With all due respect! The one and only commodity that generates the big profits for RIO, BHP and FMG is IO.
This single commodity brings in the Billions.. High volume low cost...
Investors don't see any value other RIO commodities, because they involve high cost processing and maintenance.
FMG is just currently experiencing some negative sentiment. They are in a very strong position moving forward.
Their debt reduction strategy will only further strength their position.
Like any negative sentiment it will wash through as FMG management build the balance sheets and retire debt.
This is a great company whose full potential is yet to be realised...
