The same people who say they believe in equality also appear to believe in perpetual hereditary land title and matching compensation (but this doesn't apply to Europe which should welcome unlimited immigration and bear the cost of that), which is paid for by others working without receiving the full benefit for some of their work, which is partial slavery.
Anything based on discrimination by race / ethnicity is racist. Positive discrimination is still racist because someone else is being disadvantaged for that advantage to exist.
