A poor performance by resource stocks relative to everything else. I am a bit taken back by the Wall Street rally in the face on the debt ceiling issue (which tends to only get resolved after the market stacks it) and First Republic Bank likely to have gone into receivership over the weekend (now confirmed it has) and whatever follows next in that chain reaction.
