My opinion- they will repay $1 Billion of debt March/Aapril , refinance the remaining $1.2 bil- ( terms that allow them to pay off when they like) , a $0.20-.30 dividend ( probably $.25), they will announce in the next 6 months diversification ( they have been working on this now for at least 2 years initially quietly while getting core business fundamentals under control), and the last 12 months with more vigor and market discussion. They will announce a succession plan and money required for FIretail

This action (a) will then under pin investment grade.

The recent appointment of and IO specialist from RIo to run the IO core business and a CFO who has a gold mining back geound. Is enough in my mind to suggest this is the blue print, of FMG'a diversification model.

History tells me FMG management are in front of the curve, but don't generally release information before the fact.( ie. diversification or new mineral deposits


I am a long term holder, who believes in everything this company does eapwcially their ability to forward thing and execute the plan
