I understand that , but the higher the stock price goes the percentage of the DIVY drops .so Divys need to grow as fast as the stock price does,,,Selling Calls over the years iv paid my stock off completely ,& iv bought more for free. I dont have any predictions to whether FMG goes up-down-or stays the same , its all good to me. the other side is ,to sell PUTS out of the money to get income or to own more shares at a cheaper price & to only SELL PUTS to own the amount of shares that you can afford to buy ,dont go overboard,,Do only the .01 series ,(EX. not 21.00 but the 20.01 strike) ,so it can't be exercised early .FMG is the best stock to own & deal with on the ASX , anyway ,all the best in your trading.
