I think we should go with fusion power immediately.
There's a free source of fusion power - today. It's called the sun which runs on hydrogen to helium fusion.
Now if only we could capture that energy - mmmm? Oh how about using solar panels to capture that radient energy, or wind mills to capure the air movement powered by that same energy from the sun.
Tell me I'm dreaming - yes - of a much cleaner and less expensive and more egalitarian future.
