After reading this and looking at the dates one thing became clear.
Global Financial Crisis! The investment world has not been the same since.
Fear, instability, uncertainty and a lack of confidence is awash everywhere.
Nobody trusts anyone else and investors are running scared.
The world has changed since then. It may not recover for sometime.
Nobody even looked or cared what the IO price was until during the boom years.
It gets watched intensely daily now. Case and point!!
The Banks have tightened credit and lending...
That's why all the miners have had to work so much harder to increase their market cap.
That's why FMG have to reduce their debt exposer as much as they can now!!
That's the thing your missing! A changed world
