This sounds suspiciously like the perennial gripe, nobody wants to work any more. It has been said many times, many ways, to paraphrase Nat King Cole. Another thesis is that since the beginning of time, nobody ever wanted to work. But yes, the demographics of labour change, and when they change in China it is going to have a global effect.
