Whats the merit of your criticism? A significant holding is +5% of shares on issue.
This was like 1.5% of shares on issue, so even if the original holding was double, the holder never had to file a significant holding notice.
Further, if this was the final sell down (as reported), at the time of the sell down the holder only had 1.5% of shares on issue which is well under the 5% limit and therefore, not reportable.
Whats the merit of your criticism? A significant holding is +5%...
