I enjoyed reading your (conspiracy?) theory. I certainly agree with you about nominating a target buy-in price, as long as you are nimble-footed enough to adapt to rapidly evolving circumstances.
However, not meaning to be rude to anyone, but most of the punters on this forum(including me!) are relatively small fry compared to the massive institutional funds etc who can really swing SPs.Does that make any sense to you? I just can't imagine, Great One, that we could be manipulated sufficiently or have the financial fire power to drop the SP from $25 down to $15. Am I being too cynical?
