To me that is a screaming positive.
Firstly it's been known for a long time.
Secondly, the IO price is amazing even with that prolonged negative backdrop (seemingly due to green energy manufacturing and India).
Imagine what the IO price would be if China's housing improved even a little.
Its not a negative (now), it's baked into the IO market, rather it's a future positive.
