I too topped up under $22, would have bought more but another of my interests is taking off.
Anybody interested in a penny stock should take a look at FBR.
Just landed in the States and about to get alot more interest.
So I am holding back some $$$ incase a buy opportunity develops.
If not and FMG go lower will top up more.
