You are forgetting FMG also selling their higher grade IO and not only that but some of their FFI sales.
I suspect the divvy will be anything from $1.08 to $1.25
Currency though up to nearly $0.68US
It was mainly at $0.66US up until the last two weeks.
Last payout was 65% of profits to divs.
A Forrest was still married then. Might be higher if he needs more cash.
What ever it is it will be at least $1 or higher and in the coming years it will only grow
like the share price.
