I wouldn't be discouraged by FMG's ADR pricing... I tend to find it is good at capturing the correlation between IO securities and projecting that to FMG's price, but it doesn't do a good job at capturing non-official news... such as the institutional sell down a few weeks ago (which we were talking about on here at midnight but FMG's ADR simply didn't pick it up).
Yesterday's news about reduced FFI spending could easily add a few dollars to the share price depending on how the market also weights FMG been "less green" and the poor decision making that led to existing expenditure.
