I don't really get your point on Copper, stockpiles look on the low side to me. It's normal to get a bit of a spike in inventory after a big jump in price as it's a quasi precious metal and such holdings are liquidated at opportunistic times.
Lithium isn't an established market yet so no point going there.
As for IO we really need to know mill inventories, if that's low... no problem, if it's high as well... yea not good.
