ABC page today suggest stock piles were high all over China for IO.
They still buying as much as they can while its so cheap.
IO this time of the year is often just below $100US/T before a steady rise comes about Sept
into Oct and then zooms up.
So far IO mainly been hovering around $105US/T give or take $5US.
