Hate to break it to you but rate cut or raise property isn't going to 'settle down' anytime soon since simple supply vs demand metrics are firmly at the wheel. The Inflation rate will determine what lever is pulled by the RBA, this whole conversation relating us to what other countries are doing or future generations is pretty moot.
