Seen it go up and down over the last 4 years.
I get $120K plus a year and so much in franking credits and never paying any tax
while everyone else stresses about the price going up and down I could not care less.
Like many in here when it drops I top up with all the money coming in.
I have far more in term deposits. What do i care what people like you say.
If I had sold I'd be paying a lot of capital gains tax.
My way is far better.
I live a peaceful great life. Nice big house and been retired over 8 years.
Before FMG it was AWC, BHP, WES, SVW, AKE, CSR etc..........
CSR and AKE both got taken over.
CSR gave me a good return too.
