Yes just watch the money roll in.
All my shares up to the recent purchases were all paid off from the last 4 years of divs.
I sold everything Jan of 2020 then bought back in after everything went south.
Back then FMG went from $26 to $8.20 I bought back in at over $9 an din that time
my returns were $11 or so.
The last lot of shares will take 2 or 3 years to pay off with divs.
IO gradually going up. Think I spent about $260K of FMG from late June to last week.
Buy in fear and while its so low. Its dropped about 40% or so and that is bargain hunter time.
