Well my honest guess is it will linger around 14 to 16 dollars for the next few months. Many are holding for the dividend but may scatter once it is paid due to the weaker IO outlook. At this IO price tonight (dalian futures around 96USD) there is more likely a bit of downward pressure. Tomorrow my guess is a price below 18 dollars.
