FSUGY has low volume, but it's an Over The Counter market so the institutional side of that transaction ought to be savvy in pricing FSUGY (most likely via correlation to other securities), that's what I have found overtime otherwise I wouldn't bother posting the morning opening expectations!
A big exception to that was FMG's first block sale, FSUGY didn't price that company specific news in at all, but the instos were a lot sharper the second time around.
Its not unusual for the resource sector to be countering broader trends a bit, the US tends to do well during periods of stable/surpressed commodity prices and Australia the opposite... that cycle is almost 20 years old now...
