with the current situation where the young doesn’t want work and glued to the Tic Tok the Chinese government are desperate in need of the next stimulus. And it’s not going to be housing, with the low birth rate in China at the moment apart from first tier cities there is absolutely no need to built anymore housing.
So what’s the next stimulus?
Roads and railway's.
Also lots of old houses been repaired rather than been demolished. EV is another massive industry.
To sum it up traditional housing = dead
EV Roads Railway = Taking over
