Well ask Xi - his call to do just that not mine. And if you did any serious research you would know as Skidlid knows and I know and even Billy Blowfly knows that is what China is now doing - focusing on high tech not steel . With the jobless rate for highly skilled workers around 20% -great future if you are a uni graduate in China.
