China Iron Ore manipulation playbook:
1) Announce to the world that you are having the worst crisis in the steel sector in decades - get western media to tell that the China economic model is over
2) Dump the steel prices/market and make the IO prices drop as low as you can (be sure that people buy the story)
3) Load up your IO inventories, buying at IO lowest levels, and reach maximum capacity
4) Announce a mega economic stimulus plan
