I doubt very strongly that we will see another crash ! I think we saw the bottom and now is going up again from here. By Christmas we see the IO around 125 and the SP around 25 ! What is most important to me is the dividend of minimum 75 cents every 6 months and I think it is very reasonable despite a temporary set back in IO price !
