I agree that cash flow remains good. However I think you will find there will be a big CAPEX announcement of approx. 750M rather than just reducing debt by USS1B. There has to be some fear at the board level that FMG product 58% is no longer desired so they will use this money to fund a new blending plant to get the ore up to 60% sooner rather than later, there will also be an increase in C1 costs this half once that happens. The good thing is this all bodes well for the long term future of the Company.
