give it up with this dividend garbage , only you were sprouting such a dividend. you want them to borrow to pay a dividend?
they need to announce firm plans on expansion with replacement for fire tail and magnetite and that will/should improve eps which in turn will drive demand
i actually would prefer a reduced dividend coupled with a share buy back but the board and company dont agree with my view
