IMO,FMG should dig and sell low Fe iron ore when market demands it and accumulate cash,reduce debts,pay half of profit for dividend every six months.
Diversification for oversupply into the market is not needed to FMG.
FMG should try for diversification when FMG is free from debts and has enough cash for it.
