Sold some long dated puts will add more when see fit. Fully Funded.. Gonna Boost 6 figures Gross dividends each year + Trading + all sorts to continue to bring my "C1" cost down...
Projected "C1" cost for me when "averaging" down $3.6x...
It's hard to lose money on this DOG when dividends are on your side...
What to buy nowadays?
Banks? I am in the Finance Industry, it's shi't now.. tightening cycle real estate dropping
Real estate shares? Same story, The Crackdown by Chinese gov saw a lot of " money" flowing back from overseas. Most Chinese cannot borrow money, most first home people is very hard. due to credit tightening.
Pharma? a bit expensive.
Retail? Dead
Miners? Well not all, small ones, you are buying a lottery ticket.. Big ones are expensive too. What is left, FMG, multi-year low with good balance sheet.
Telcos? Don't like their balance sheet
Energy? due to high oil price... very expensive now, I don't like expensive stuff
Real estate? Very hard to find "positive Cashflow" nowadays if borrow 80%, Last time easy you seriously buy a lot and I mean a lot, it just run itself with some money left after principal and interest repayments. Plus a lot harder to borrow money.
I don't know you guys but I am selling some more underperforming real estate to pump this Dog which IMO is cheap and good for now.
