Just to clarify, that div yield is the net yield (6.5/0.7 = ~9.3%) which is basically the conclusion you came to. The Tax Adjusted yield takes into account if you are in the top tax bracket of 45% (ie (6.5*0.55)/0.7 = ~5.1%)
