I never said a share should earn a cash rate if that were the case fmg would be $28/share, I simply pointed out that even if you paid $7 for your stock, you would still be earning 4 times what you earn with cash, so I couldn't see how $5.50 was grossly over valued.
do you not agree that a $1 earning 25%, is worth more than a $1 earning 12.5% or 3%?
