Having just reread it, I think it is just on iron ore exports from China but given they are well and truly net importers of ore, not sure if they export any ore unless it involves traders.
In any case they seem to be moving to complete free trade so it would not surprise if our iron ore is subject to tariff relief at one point? It’s a positive Ann from China nevertheless.
