I think they do this to equalise the balance of costs and revenues based on a hypothetical 62% grade, because some of the producers on that list don't produce 62% grade. It makes the comparison between producers a bit easier. So the $51 production costs for FMG includes in a round about way the grade discount. That's how I understand it.
