Not sure that 20 odd Million tonnes of steel (if Trump stops it all) is going to have any great impact.
"The United States is the world’s largest steel importer. In year to date 2016 (through September), further referred to as YTD 2016, the U.S. imported 22.6 million metric tons of steel, a 20 percent decline from 28.1 million metric tons in YTD 2015."
