when the share price goes higher the “professional” rating agencies will raise their price higher than it is now.
Yep emotion is a factor but forward predicting unknowns is probably a bigger factor right now. FMG is making many many millions, and my crystal ball is telling me this will get better for fmg and a lot worse for vale.
