Based on the reports that is also my understanding. But looking at shortman out of the 36 mill volume traded yesterday around 15 mill shares were shorts. Currently there is a court order from Vale from starting producing IO. We as retails investors will not know when the court order is lifted, but big boys will know when (as it will be night time when the court makes the ruling). But on one day morning FMG will gap down and will go down significant amount and I am sure Vale will be doing all it can to get the court order lifted.

I have sold fairly large amount of FMG holdings that was in significant (extreme) green to lock in the profit. At the moment I am buying in the morning and selling in the evening for small profit, because I am sure FMG is going to keep on rising and am I reducing risk.
