Currently fmg is getting 22% discount on fmg blend, 32% ssf and 8% kings fines.
The weighted avg is bout 25% based on production numbers.
Even say with fe at usd 90, then fmg would get bout usd 67 on average. This would be about usd 39 per tonne of free cash flow before tax
Tax would be about usd 11 (after depreciation of usd 7 added back from cash costs of usd 28) (67 less 35 x 0.3)
Free cash flow would be usd 28x170 = usd 4.5 billion (not including capex spent)
This is bout AUD 6b profit on look forward basis. Mkt cap bout 3 times this....
Debt can be smashed over coming year which will increase valuation substantially of fmg
