I think you are talking about something entirely different to the point I raised. I was referring to recent comments in the news and how posters on HC forumns had interpretted them.
Historically you are correct. I believe years ago Twiggy raised the idea of a more cartel like pricing structure for IO set by an Official Australian Govn Body to prevent RIO and BHP from controlling the price and squeezing out the then juniors. Like Opec..ish. Not sure what his view would be on that now. Would be interesting to see if his view has changed in line with the rise of Fortescue.
