Not me. Today's nonsense is merely a short term blip, compounded by stop losses and margin calls. There's a win-win to follow:
- Time now for FMG to sink lower quality and / or higher cost competitors - with higher priced IO shortages to follow;
- China's bullying justifies the push for diversified risk and selling to new markets - for both coal and ore:
- No accident ScoMo recently went through two separate fortnights of quarantine after different "heads of state" visits to each of Japan and India.
Nb: Any chance too that FMG has a bucket load of forward contracts based on a recent happier price for IO?
